We establish service agreements with service level agreements (SLAs) for the services we deliver. This can include phone support, remote access, and/or on-demand site visits.

We offer scheduled maintenance services, such as quarterly or semi-annual checkups, for an agreed-upon number of nodes, including hardware and applications. This may also entail a specific number of weekly or monthly visits to provide support services as per the agreement.
